Outdoor Channel Outfitters Application
As a Guide, Lodge Operator, Charter Captain and/or Business Owner(s), I hereby certify the following: I will provide my guest with the utmost in service, safety, and value. As an OCO, I will provide up to a 10% preferred discount to members of the Outdoor Channel Outfitters Unlimited (OCOU) organization. I will not deceive or mislead clients, real or potential, regarding my prices and/or services. I will inform clients about events beyond my control, which may adversely affect their experience, including weather, unavoidable injuries, lack of game/fish, or other factors. I will keep my information regarding business offerings up to date to avoid miscommunication or misunderstanding on the part of potential clients who may contact me via my listing and affiliation with the OCO. I understand that failure to comply with the above statements will result in permanent removal from the OCO (and the partnering companies) database. OCO reserves the right to deny services to any individual, group, or business for any reasons it deems appropriate, including but not limited to offensive content or links, inflammatory statements or actions, questionable business practices, or other due causes. Said individual, group or business will be notified in writing within five (5) business days of such a decision by the management of OCO. Review of any denial services and/or reconsideration of the individual, group, or business are solely at the discretion of the OCO management.
